We believe in providing our employees with opportunities to grow. At Northtowns Remodeling Corp., you can explore a variety of career choices.
Where applicable, we provide

- Factory/supply vendor assisted hands-on classroom training
- Paid course certifications
We encourage and support any electrical, plumbing, accessibility, and EPA certified service representatives to take and pass licensing exams. Once licensed, there are continuing education requirements.
Time Off & Leave
We understand that there are emergencies, personal appointments, family events, and holidays that are important to us all. We offer a program so that our employees can balance their personal and work life.
Paid time off
Northtowns' offers full-time employees with one year of continuous service:
- 5 personal days per year
- Holiday pay
Our company recognizes the following holidays given that they fall during the regular work week (Mon-Fri): New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Leave of absence
An employee may request an unpaid leave of absence with 2 weeks prior notice. Terms of the leave will be considered at the time of the request.
Bereavement
Should there be a death in your immediate family (parents, spouse, child, or sibling) the employee is approved a 5 day legal absence. The Company maintains the importance of family bereavements and therefore will pay our full time employees for 3 of these days.
